TMV’s Display Controller is for viewing and interacting with data from the Fuel Tracking system and Megawatt-hour Tracking System.

Features:
– Easy to install and operate
– Fuel Level Monitoring
– Displays trip Megawatt-hours
– Displays total accumulated Megawatt-hours
– Ability to track megawatt hours between scheduled preventative maintenance intervals
– Ability to track fuel usage between scheduled engine maintenance
Fuel Tracking System:
If fuel level monitoring is all you’re looking for, without megawatt hour tracking, your display controller (pictured above) will come with an ultrasonic fuel level sensor, and a fuel display for the side of your locomotive.
Megawatt-hour Tracking System:

If megawatt hour tracking is what you’re looking for, the megawatt-Hour Meter is offered as a package, along with a voltage panel and a current sensor.
The voltage panel measures voltage out of the Main Generator; the current sensor measures Main Generator amps, and together these numbers are used to calculate total power output.

Fuel Level and Megawatt Hour Monitoring Together:

To get an accurate picture of your locomotive’s energy expenditure (and to find out whether your energy-saving efforts are working), pair the Megawatt Hour feature with the Fuel Level monitoring feature. These together will gather for you the most accurate data. This data is stored as trip logs and collectively.

To see what other data can be viewed remotely, see Remote Health Monitoring.

Ultrasonic Fuel Level Sensor is installed into the top of the fuel tank on your locomotive Ultrasonic Sensor calculates grade variations, so you get accurate measurements regardless of the track slope Exterior mounted fuel level displays, installed on either side (or both!) of the locomotive. The controller display is mounted in the main electrical cabinet for viewing fuel level information on the go.
Different shapes and sizes of tank can be accommodated. Size and dimensions of your fuel tank will be programmed into the Display Controller during install.
